    what else would I be doing? Let me think =)… Pull-Ups (up as fast as possible, 5 count down), Leg-Raises (same pattern as pull ups), Dips (again) and if you have one…do some kettlebell Snatches…

    nice video, the wall sit things look easy but are actually really hard, 60 seconds is ok but i get to like 3-4 mins and slip lol

    The exercises are easy enough for a person of average fitness to complete one circuit. Try cutting the reps in half at first if you’re finding it hard, otherwise you’ll start sacrificing form for the sake of getting the reps done. Then you can build yourself up one extra rep every week until you’ve got em all (and more!)

    the problem is some of those exercises are to hard for beginners to do. i’d say it takes a intermediate to advanced person to do that circuit completely.

    you got some good workouts there but there is a little mistake with your wall sit, its a little too high up. make it a prefect 90 degrees and your feel a nice burn
