What you’re doing sounds good, but the best thing you can do for a six-pack is your nutrition, and cardio (treadmills, ellipticals, or sports(that’ll help to burn belly fat)). Don’t eat junky foods like chips or chocolate, instead eat fruits like apples, blueberries, pomegranates, or even try nuts like walnuts or almonds. When you get hungry between meals, try to think healthy snack instead of junk food. You will feel happier, healthier, and maybe even look a little bit better.

If you have fat over your stomach, you are not going to loose it by ab exercises, mostly by cardio. However, if you are just lacking the stomach muscles, hanging sit ups and elevated legs crunches using 45lb weights is one of the best ways I know. Leg lifts are great as well, try doing leg lifts to the left and right, to work your obliques, which will also help develop core.

Everyone already has a six pack. yes, it may be hard to believe but its true. You need to eat healthy and do LOTS of running. Running tones your body and gets rid of the fat that covers your ab muscles. Yes, ab exercises will get you bigger abs but running is the most important and quickest way to get them back.

There are so many ab workouts that you can do to get ripped abs. I like to do plank pushups as one of my ab workouts. You get into a pushup postioin with your forearms on the ground. then take one arm at a time and get into a pushup position. Hard to explain, just type it into youtube and you should get a video on how to do them.

Just remember to keep your abs tight and do as many as you can.
