Fitness guru’s out there…. ab work?
I’m 36, 5’5″ and 133 lbs. I’d like to lose around the waist (5lbs) to get to pre-preg. weight, but I know you can’t spot reduce.
Here’s my weekly workout schedule: 2 – 1hr. weight class 2- 35 min intense cardio, minimal ab work.
Do I get back on a 1200 calorie diet?
What kind of ab work should I be doing? (i’d like to get defined abs)

hey im not a fitness guru but crunches are always good, also another technique are broom twists look them up make sure you do it right though u cna feel it prety good on the sides of the abs, good luck buddy
