    @Dragon4Bitter 20 reps each set…. Prolly start with 1 to 2 sets and build up to 3-4 sets.. I would recommend doing them back to back with 20 secs rest in between. Best workout for abs would be to hang and do leg lifts. These would be great to add to a routine!

    I like the second exercise, will mix that in with my routine. If you add a large exercise ball to the first crunches, you’ll really tear your abs up :)
