@hellspy muscles are still cold. Get the blood pumping before you start tearing and stretching your body

  10. 0587dave Says:

why would you train using your arms for stablization? then when it comes to actually applying this training to the real run your arms cant stablize you so you actually trained your body without training the key stablizers in balance? does that sound right to anybody else?

  11. hellspy Says:

@schwanzenegger why is stretching before running bad for the stability?

  12. shanedude93 Says:

pulling muscles is bad for running.

  16. Einstein12321 Says:

@HotBoxMr Put your alarm on the other side of the room to make yourself get up out of bed to go shut it off. Once you’re standing up, you’re less likely to want to go back to bed.

as long as u take a good 5-10 minutes to stretch really good before you run, u should be fine, and make sure to do it after too, cuz it helps get rid of that lactic acid, and it feels sooo good.

  22. KingJoeKong Says:

dude to get out of bed u gotta train your BODY to wake up right when the alarm goes. if you try to wake your mind up then youll just convince urself to just rest “5 more minutes” dont listen to your mind. you gotta let your subconscious take control and get ur body up. then ull be like “Just 5 more minutes” and your body will be like “ok, suit urself, but im getting up now.” after one week, of ur feet hitting the floor the second ur alarm goes off, ur body will be trained.

  23. KingJoeKong Says:

other way around. dude when i was 14 i did summer weightlifting, and ever since, ive been addicted to health. the next summer i did it too and got real strong. and this year i joined the cross country team. get familiar with weight lifting, then do a 20 to 60 min run after about an hour workout. btw stretch too. i stretch mostly before and after i run. it feels amazing. your whole body just feels light and strong, like steel feather. and drink protein after u work out. it helps sooooo much.

  24. tybonertyj12 Says:

well i used to be out of shape too, but try starting lower, say run a 10 minute mile first, or maybe even slower if u need to and eventually youll get used to it and be able to run faster at a long period of time
