What is the best abdominal workout that will produce immediate results?

I’m 14 years old, and I weigh 125. ): I was a gymnast for 12 years and I just retired last spring due to hip surgery. Ever sense I stopped I’ve been eating uncontrollably (like I use to, well because I could get away with it) but now it’s showing up big time on the scale. This time last year I weighed 100 lbs. I really want to get back down to that and drop my pant size back to a 0. Anything that will produce fast results?
Ohh, and every now and again I work out and do crunches, I also go to dance 3 times a week. I use to have a 6-pack (extreme defined), but now I have flab. Please help and tell me how to loose weight fast, keep it off, oh and how to curve hunger!

    You cant target the fat at your abdomins with abdominal workouts. abdominal workouts are good for your abdominal muscles but they wont burn the fat in the area So unless you want 6 pacs i dont reccomend them. To loose weight do cardio exersize eg. Cycling , Jogging or swimming.
    Cut down on your calorie intake. You should loose wieght. Your goal isnt that hard to acheive as you dont have alot of excess wieght.

    The best ab workout I have found is using a stability ball to do crunches. I used one to do approx. 100 crunches everyday and within a few months I had defined abs. Its also important to get plenty of cardio exercise to burn excess body fat. Do keep in mind though, that as you are probably going through puberty, your body will change and store more fat. That’s normal and healthy as long as you are within normal guidelines for your age and height.
